HotAgent Component Assembly Editor

Many recent development environments support the visual construction of applications. Some of them use the term component to explain the composition process. In this paper, the assembly editor of the component development environment HotAgent is presented to show a possible solution to visually construct agents for electronic commerce. The requirements of the composition process are described and it is shown how to use the HotAgent assembly editor.
